TOPSoccer program is a community based training and team placement program for young athletes with special needs. These needs are because of a physical or mental disability that might discourage or preclude the child from participating in a sports program.

Player Overview

District 4 teams participate in all CYSA programs.

We have four divisions representing all levels of skill including recreation and development, competitive and those with disabilities. Many of our teams participate in statewide tournaments and programs such as the State and Association Cup, the Olympic Development Program, and the State Playing League.

Most league play is recreational, and teams may participate in more than one league. Competitive teams play other leagues outside of District 4.
