Staying Healthy

It is important to stay healthy before, during and after the soccer season. With a little effort you can give your body what it needs to reach your goals.

Improved performance should never come at the cost of an injured player.

  • Goal #1 is injury prevention in a soccer conditioning program.
  • Goal #2 is to improve performance.

Use the Health & Fitness links to the right to learn more about what you can do to stay healthy.

What happened to advance house soccer. It was a great avenue for those players that could not make the time committment to a select or competitive program. Several players on my grandsons team would like to go to a more competitive level, but it seems as if there is only a all or nothing approach available. Is there a program for intermediate soccer?

Thanks
Dennis

I agree. With all of our kids in soccer clubs and programs we want them to stay healthy for years to come.

Thank you.
